sale. Upon completion of sale, we will remove any non-saleable items from the property and assist in liquidation of any remaining
items whether by auction or donation.
Any costs that are incurred while handling the estate can be deducted from the proceeds of the sale. This eliminates the worry of
who will pay for what and how will it be paid. We do provide a detailed contract for your peace of mind as well as ours and we
