| | buyer to visualize their personal items in the home. In addition, sellers have to pack to relocate and while doing so come across many things they do not wish to keep. Often they have things that need to be removed from the property that they cannot move themselves. Are you selling a home and need to dispose of clutter?

HOW IT ALL WORKS
Clutter Junkies will come to you and pick up unwanted items and sell them for you at Tag Sale on our showroom floor. Our
climate controlled indoor facility allows us to have our sales on schedule, no matter what the weather brings. We utilize our
entire space to accommodate more items for sale each week.
We offer many options for sales. We will carefully pack, haul, store, unpack, clean, label, display and advertise your items.
When the sale of all of your items is complete, we will send you a check. No hassle and no hard work for you other than
knowing what you want to sell. It can take us a few weeks to complete sale of all items because we give the item ample
time on the sales floor (a minimum of 2 weeks). Normally, we have a waiting list for pickup and removal of items to our
facility. However, when there is an emergency situation, which happens frequently with estates and sale of homes, we can
accommodate most schedules.
We are happy to preview your property and give you an expert opinion regarding the best option for you and options
available to you before considering an estate, moving or tag sale. We operate on a commission basis with no upfront
money out of pocket to you.
